I lost my progress after reinstalling the app
Sudoku Master uses an anonymous account tied to your device, so progress isn't currently transferable between devices or reinstalls. We're aware this is a limitation — email us if this happened and we may be able to help recover your stats by username.
How does matchmaking decide difficulty?
Quick Match looks at both players' levels (1–100) and picks the difficulty tier belonging to whichever player has the lower level, so the puzzle is always fair for the less experienced player.
How do Undo, Erase, and Hint work?
Each game gives you 2 free uses of Undo, Erase, and Hint. Once you run out, you can watch a short rewarded ad to refill that action back to 2 uses for the current game.
Can I play the Daily Challenge more than once?
No — everyone gets the same puzzle once per calendar day, and results feed into a shared daily leaderboard sorted by completion time.
How do I delete my data?
Email us at the address above with your in-app username and we'll remove your profile, stats, and match history. See our Privacy Policy for details.
